Retail displays

A global story. Made visible.

Yusen Logistics

We produced printed map graphics for this Yusen Logistics display, carrying a global visual theme across the physical structure. The panels continue over its surfaces and around openings, making the graphic layout part of the object’s overall appearance. Front and detail views show the connection between broad imagery and smaller structural features. The project demonstrates why artwork and construction need to be considered together when a printed design extends across more than one plane.

The thinking behind the work

Make the graphic work with the form.

Data Image’s print and display production capabilities help translate a visual story into a physical presentation. For teams planning a branded structure, the relationship between panel layout, surface changes and openings shapes the finished result. This example offers inspiration for using a continuous graphic treatment to connect separate areas of a display and reinforce a single visual identity.
