In-house print & display production

How It’s Made.

Behind every finished project is a team that understands how to make it. Explore the people, processes and material thinking that bring print, displays and brand environments to life at Data Image.

Planning, prototypes & colour

Start with the practical possibilities.

A good production route starts with the right questions: where will it go, how will it be used and what does the brand need it to do? We bring artwork, material samples and physical prototypes into that conversation so decisions can be made before a full run. Colour is checked across the materials in the project, with samples to agree the achievable result.

Digital cutting & fabrication

Precision that carries through the build.

A drawing becomes a display through accurate cutting, considered joints and components that fit together. Our digital cutting and robotic handling capabilities support the production of repeatable sheet-based components. The aim is practical: reliable assembly, consistent parts and a structure suited to its intended setting.

Fabric print & sewn finishing

Print that fits the frame.

Printed fabric needs the right finishing to work as a physical graphic. Cutting and sewing are part of the production picture, with edges and fixings considered around the chosen system. Our team brings fabric graphics and sewn finishing together for displays, branded interiors and event environments.

Assembly & finishing

The detail makes the difference.

Printed components become a finished object through careful assembly. Edges, alignment and the way parts meet all affect the final impression. The same attention matters whether we are making a single dimensional feature or a family of retail displays.

Materials, texture & reuse

Make the material part of the idea.

We consider appearance alongside weight, handling, durability and what happens after use. Re-board can create lightweight paper-based structures; tactile print gives a surface physical relief. A reusable format may suit a repeated event, while a short campaign needs a different specification. We help explore the options, then sample and prototype the intended result.

High-level installation & rope access

From the production floor to stadium height.

We produced and installed the 44m × 11m stadium banner at Castleford Tigers. Large-format print, high-level installation and rope-access capability came together to put a 484-square-metre brand statement in place. Talk to us early about the venue, dimensions and access requirements for your own stadium banner or large-scale installation.

From one site to many

Keep the campaign connected.

A rollout needs the same care in the final store as the first. Our print, display production and delivery capabilities support coordinated campaigns, with live job updates, installation photographs and campaign sustainability reporting to keep your team informed.
