Data Image: 2021 Meet the team update
After the year of lockdown, we thought it was the perfect opportunity to update you with what has been going on here at Data Image Group and the addition of our focus on sustainability in print!
We often shout out about sustainability and our environment. In fact we often declare that Data Image Group DNA is green to the core, but we thought actually there is a lot more we can do both to ensure we are operating as eco-friendly as possible and also to ensure we are able to offer accurate and informed choices to you our clients. This will help to enable them to choose from a more sustainable alternative ensuring they too can reduce their carbon impact.
Like most companies we have seen many changes to our business during the “Year of Covid” with furlough and work from home affecting how we operate and it would be easy to park our sustainable pledge for another day. However with the ever-increasing messages of concern being given, it was clear that reducing our carbon footprint should still be high up on our agenda (and to support the carbon reduction needs of our clients too)
Data Image – GREEN
With this in mind, we have supported the Kickstarter scheme by creating a new role within Data Image Group for exploring and researching how we operate within the sustainability arena. This exciting new role of “Sustainable Researcher” has been created and Data Image Group are pleased to confirm to you this role has been filled by our latest member of the team Katie Gibson. Katie completed her studies at Leicester University and lives, breathes and walks sustainability and our environment. Katie is a welcome addition within the DIG family.
We look forward to sharing our Data Image “GREEN” updates over the coming months and updating you with information about how we have not only become more eco conscious but also how Katies role has added impact and value to that of our clients’ needs within sustainability in print.
Business Development Managers
In addition to Katie, we have welcomed two new Business Development Managers. Ryan Wharton and David Rimmer are now integral to our sales team. Both Ryan and David can support you with your print and display projects. Contact them on email HERE
Graphic Designer
Finally, we also welcome Gemma McCarthy to our team. Gemma takes on the role of Graphic Designer and will further support our existing Art Department in offering clients an inhouse design facility for their work.
