Start with the destinations.

01

Locations and programme

Countries, venues, dates and local access requirements.

02

Production and packing

Consider the construction, protection and assembly needs.

03

Delivery responsibilities

Agree freight, customs and local installation arrangements.

What needs to travel with you?

Concept Events planning for reuse

A display made to go again.

Modular walls, a changeable graphic and a packing case: a concept that considers the next event as well as the first.

Questions we’re asked.

Where can you deliver?

Tell us the countries and venues involved and we’ll talk through how the project could be delivered. Every destination has its own requirements, so we’d rather confirm the route for your project than give you a list.

Who installs at the destination?

That’s agreed for each project. Local installation arrangements, and who’s responsible for them, are settled alongside freight and customs before anything is made.

How do we approve things from a distance?

Samples can be sent where colour or finish needs to be judged in person, and photographs can be shared before the work leaves us. We’d agree the approval points with you at the start.

What do you need to know first?

The destinations, the dates and any local access requirements. A rough idea of what’s travelling, and whether it needs to come back, helps us think about packing and assembly.
