An idea to explore

Here’s one way it could work.

What installation can include.

The details that sit between finished work and a finished job.

  • Site surveysMeasurements, surfaces and access recorded before production.
  • Access planningWorking hours, permits and site rules agreed in advance.
  • Coordinated deliveryDeliveries planned to arrive with the installation.
  • Multi-location programmesA schedule that sets out each location and its dates.
  • Installation at heightHigher-level work planned with the right access for the site.
  • Removal of existing graphicsOutgoing graphics taken down as part of the visit, where needed.
  • Installation photographsA photographic record of the finished work.
  • Replacements and updatesIndividual panels or graphics replaced when something changes.

Worth thinking about early.

Access and permissions

Landlord permissions, loading arrangements and working hours are easier to arrange early than on the day.

Opening hours

If work needs to happen while a store or building is closed, tell us the windows you have.

Working at height

Height changes the access method, the time and the cost. Photographs and rough dimensions help us plan.

What finished looks like

Agree which photographs your team needs, and who signs off the work, before installation starts.

Questions we’re asked.

Can you install work across several locations?

Yes. Share the list of locations, access restrictions and opening dates, and we’ll discuss a programme that covers them.

How will we know when each location is done?

Job updates and installation photographs are part of how we work. We’ll agree at the start which updates and photographs your team needs.

Can you remove the old graphics?

Yes, if it’s part of the plan. Tell us what’s there now and we’ll include removal in the visit.

What do you need to know to plan an installation?

Where it’s going, when it needs to be in place and any restrictions on access. Drawings or photographs of the site help, and so does knowing whether any of the work is above head height.
